You describe the job — as much or as little detail as you have — or select a past job to use as a starting point. JobWorks365 drafts an itemized quote with line items, quantities and pricing based on what you tell it and your own pricing history. Nothing is sent to a client at this point — it's a draft sitting in front of you.

Once the quote looks right, the AI drafts a matching contract using your saved terms — deposit amount, payment schedule, and any standard clauses you always include. Because the contract is generated from the same scope as the quote, they can't drift apart the way separately-typed documents can.

The AI is there to remove the blank page, not to replace your judgment. Every quote and contract it drafts is editable before it goes anywhere — add a line item it missed, adjust a price, tighten the wording. Once it's right, send it for e-signature the same way you always would.
