From a customer profile choose New job. Set the site address, expected dates, and share the job with the crew who need access.

Inside a job open the Milestones panel to break the work into steps, assign teammates, and set date ranges. Milestones appear on everyone's calendar and drive scheduling conflict checks.

The Sketchpad panel on a job lets you draw layouts, runs and measurements with your finger. The whole crew sees the same drawing — more on the sketchpad.

One tap generates a private client portal link so the customer can follow progress, approve quotes, sign contracts, message you and pay online. See the client portal guide.
