Managing leads
From first contact to a signed customer.
Add a lead
Go to Leads → New lead. Name is the only required field — email and phone are optional. You can also add leads from your phone's share sheet (see the “Add leads from your phone” article).
Chat with a lead
Every lead has a chat thread. Send quotes, images, or questions and keep the whole history in one place. Internal notes on a lead stay hidden from the client.
Move stages
Open a lead and tap a stage on the pipeline bar at the top — New → Contacted → Quoted. When you win the work, tap Convert to project; to mark it Lost or Closed, use the status dropdown. There's no drag-and-drop board; the pipeline bar is the fastest way to move a lead along.
Convert a lead into a job
Use Convert to project on the lead. You'll confirm the customer details, and any quote and milestone payment schedule you built on the lead carries over to the new job, so scheduling and invoicing pick up where you left off. The original lead stays linked for history.
