Insights & financial reporting

Open Insights from the sidebar (or the More menu on your phone). You'll see gross revenue, collected payments, job expenses, labour cost and net margin for the period you choose, plus a month-by-month trend chart.

Every figure comes from confirmed jobs. Leads that were never won are ignored, so your revenue and margin never get inflated by work you didn't book. Labour is counted once — crew hours already charged to a job aren't added again as a separate expense.

The accounts receivable panel buckets unpaid invoices into 0–30, 31–60 and 60+ days so you can chase the oldest first. Each bucket links straight to the invoices behind it.

Use Export CSV to download invoices, payments and labour costs in a QuickBooks-friendly format. Pick your date range first — the export matches exactly what's on screen.
