What gets logged
Team invitations, role changes, suspensions, record-sharing changes and primary planner transfers write an entry with the actor, timestamp, and target.
Filter & search
The Audit page lists the most recent 150 entries newest first; tap Refresh to load new activity.
Owner-only
Only owners can open the audit log. Entries are immutable — nothing in JobWorks365 can edit or delete a log row.
