Attendance settings & geofences

Everything lives on one page: Attendance settings, found in the sidebar or the More menu on your phone (Elite owners only). Add a work location there with an address and a radius. Clock-ins inside the radius show as on site; anything outside is flagged for your review.

The same page controls the minimum GPS accuracy you'll accept and how long a shift can run before it's automatically clocked out. These rules apply to every employee in the company.

The Attendance page lists every shift needing approval with employee name, geofence status, and a link that opens the exact GPS pin. Owners can't approve their own shifts.
