AI quote builder & branded invoices

Open a lead or job, choose New quote, and type what you're doing — for example “rewire a 1,200 sq ft bungalow, 14 outlets, new panel”. The builder drafts line items with materials, labour and quantities for you to edit.

Every suggested line is editable — change the description, quantity, unit price, or tax rate, add your own lines, and delete anything you don't need. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Split the total into staged payments, such as 30% deposit, 40% at rough-in and 30% on completion. The percentages must add up to 100%. Those stages become the payment schedule on the job and drive the invoice automatically.

Quotes and invoices export as a PDF with your company logo, address, phone and tax number, plus the customer's full details, itemised lines, totals, amount paid and balance owing. Set all of that once under Settings.
